Order shipments from Brazil, BUT, for the first one it can be treated as a “SPOT BUY”. Just order the one as a spot buy (contract is not necessary. Only need an ICPO and bank to bank POF. No financial instrument necessary. The seller will ship (approx. 20-25 day to Miami). The seller will place in seller’s warehouse. Buyer can then inspect and pay. Therefore, no payment until sugar is inspected in Miami. Buyers can have a contract that will work the same way (with payment after inspection in Miami). But for a contract SBLC will be needed to cover shipped products. BUT no payment until in Miami. NOTE: Pricing reflects extended payment terms.
